Delivery
Delivery is rated specific to your location for delivery from the UK. If you have any questions about delivery times or costs, please message us and we will do what we can.

Delivery costs are currently calculated for each delivery and are determined by our postal supplier. We try to subsidise these costs to reduce the cost to you as best we can.
Costs and delivery times for each area are as follows:
Returns
Our standard return policy for anything you buy from us is 28 days from the day of purchase for items with signs of damage caused in transit. We ask that the item is returned, along with its original packaging, to our head office.
Simply return your item(s) using your local postal service; you’ll need to pay the postage. Please complete the returns form (click here for a form if you have mislaid yours), mark your parcel “returned goods” and send to:

Once the item is returned to us we will complete the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have an issue with the quality of a product purchased from us, please click here.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
The refund will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days of receipt by us.
Payment by PayPal
If you used PayPal to pay for your items, refunds are usually processed back to your PayPal account within 7 working days.
